Fast Meals for Busy Days In collaboration with the Basic Needs Center |
March 19, 2026 from 12pm - 1pm Room 1807 (lower level of 1800 BLDG) Students will learn how to use the items and ingredients that they receive from the Basic Needs Center Pantry to make a quick, delicious, on-the-go meal for those days where you need to spend extra time studying! This event is open to all NVC students, so bring a friend to have some fun! |
| Neurospring Facilities Tour |
March 19, 2026 from 12pm - 1pm NeuroSpring is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance neuroscientific research and training that drives improved healthcare for underserved communities. NeuroSpring would like to give students a tour of their facilities and a chance to meet with their scientists. The MESA/STEM Center will be providing transportation, so please make sure to register to make sure you have a spot for the tour and indicate if you will need transportation. |
| Touro University Summer Research Event |
April 22, 2026 from 8:30am - 12pm Students will be learning about the research opportunities Touro University has to offer during the summer, as well as meeting the Touro faculty members that are leading those projects. Transportation will be provided to and from NVC and Touro University. There are limited spots available, so the faster you register, the more likely you are to secure a spot in an NVC vehicle. You will receive an email in April notifying you if you have a spot with additional information! |
